	Smile Science by Bill Thomas, CDT & Associates is nestled between Mt. Yonah and Thunder Ridge in Cleveland, Georgia. With three Nationally Certified Technicians with over 75 years of combined experience and a team of skilled, enviably successful professionals from every area of dentistry, Smile Science
utilizes a radically innovative system that encompasses workflow scheduling, customer service, continuing education and much more to promote excellence in all facets of dental technology.

For many years dentistry has been on a quest to get away from placing metal of any kind in the mouth. We have made great strides toward that goal with products such as Empress, Eris, and Concept II.
Until recently our greatest challenge has been the ability to fabricate long span bridges without metal substructures. Although milled alumina and zirconium substructures have been available, we at Smile Science® have taken a "Wait and see" position on these systems, since we didn't feel that the science was complete. While monitoring the progress of this science, we became increasingly interested in the advances by Dentsply with their Cercon system. They listened to the Dentists and technicians and recently finished development of shaded milling blocks (shades A through D) with a span capability up to 47mm. Finally, Team Smile Science® is pleased to offer our Dentists a metal free bridge that is esthetically pleasing and as durable as gold.
